JETOUR plug-in hybrid imports: charging and market compatibility

Before ordering a plug-in hybrid, compare the selected vehicle’s charging specifications with the infrastructure and requirements in its destination. Do not assume compatibility from the model name alone.

Identify the vehicle’s charging specification

Ask for the charging inlet standard, supported AC and DC charging specifications and supplied charging equipment for the exact trim. Keep rated values and operating conditions attached to the source specification. A photograph of a connector is not a complete compatibility check.

Compare with the destination infrastructure

Review the intended charging locations, electrical supply and applicable installation requirements with suitable local specialists. Any proposed adapter or equipment change needs a vehicle-specific technical assessment. This guide does not certify an adapter, installation or charging combination.

Include compatibility checks in the purchase plan

Record the required equipment and any unresolved questions before confirming the order. Ask how charging equipment, interface languages and market-dependent functions will be checked. Confirm what is included in the offer and avoid assuming that overseas support is automatically available.
