JETOUR wholesale orders: an enquiry checklist for importers and dealers
A precise wholesale enquiry makes it easier to compare suitable vehicles and prepare a meaningful quotation. Share the details you already know and mark any requirements that are still flexible.
Describe the order mix
List the quantity for each model, model year and trim rather than giving only a total number of vehicles. Add preferred exterior and interior colours, powertrains and options. Explain whether alternatives are acceptable and which details cannot change.
Add the commercial and destination details
Provide your destination country or port, business contact and preferred quotation currency. State whether you need vehicle sourcing only or also export preparation and shipping coordination. Any target schedule should be discussed as a requirement to assess, not treated as a confirmed delivery date.
Agree how substitutions and changes are approved
Ask the supplier to identify the proposed vehicle specification before procurement. Agree who can approve changes to versions, colours or quantities. Keep a written record of revised quotations and milestones as the sourcing plan develops.
